Sea Life Centre Birmingham

My best pal Charlie came to stay with me from Tuesday to Thursday this week, and we were on a mission to have a really fun time. I've lived in Birmingham for about six months now, and Charlie is moving here in September, so we're both keen to hunt around the city and see everything there is to see. On Tuesday we did some baking/food making and she taught me how to make a curry, and we had a lovely evening. But the main event happened on Wednesday: we went to the Sea Life Centre.

I'm pretty sure the only time I've been there before was on a school trip, literally in year two, so I can't say I remembered it all that well. But Charlie and I had a wonderful time being fish fanatics for the day; we were very excited.

We had a loooovely time discovering all of the creatures from under the sea. It was very interesting to know which part of the world each type of fish came from and naturally inhabited, and we even got to stroke a starfish.

Here are a few pictures from the day, both at the sea life centre and the Library of Birmingham, which has a view of all across the city:

Until next time.
